However, last week May 2, Lamar filed for legal separation. He has taken things one step further by requesting custody of their unborn child.
We’re told that Lamar filed separation because he has only lived in California for three months, and you must be a resident for six months, to file for divorce. TMZ, reports that he has plans to ink divorce papers after the six month mark.
Lamar and Sally are expecting son Lamar Sally Jr. via a surrogate mother on July 28, and Lamar is requesting full legal and physical custody, of the child only giving Sherri visitation.
According to RadarOnline, Sally was lazy:
“Shepherd, 47, wanted Sally, 43, to step up as a father figure – but claims he “was lazy” and “sat around the house all day doing nothing.”
Sherri reportedly has a full time nanny that helps with her son Jeffrey, and gets no help from Lamar.
Sherri and Lamar tied the knot in 2011, and Lamar even wants spousal support, and the prenup they signed to be invalid based on fraud.
